Our Sessions

Supporting You Every Step of the Way
Taking that first step towards better mental health can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Through a personalised approach, I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, working towards a happier, healthier you.

I provide sessions through the following options:

  • Online Video Call

I offer sessions via Zoom, with a confirmation and meeting link emailed to you before your appointment.

  • In Person

In East Sussex and Kent, I offer sessions at The Practice Rooms in Brighton, Hove, and Tunbridge Wells.

  • Phone Call

I will wait for you to call at the agreed time, allowing you to ensure you're in a safe and confidential space to talk.

  • Walk and Talk

Walk-and-Talk Therapy amidst the serene Kent countryside near Maidstone.

Availability

My standard working hours are (GMT/BST):
Monday: 8:00am to 7:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 6:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am to 7:30pm
Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • I sometimes work outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

  • Within my standard working hours, I aim to respond to correspondence and queries within
    24 hours, and frequently sooner.

  • Outside of my standard working hours, I usually respond within 72 hours, unless I am taking a break/holiday from work.

  • I always aim where possible to let existing clients know of any planned breaks or holidays
    several weeks in advance.

  • Sometimes existing clients wish to send me correspondence and information in between their sessions that do not require a response before their next session but which I ensure I review beforehand and then discuss with them within their session.

  • Clients are welcome to enquire about my availability for ad hoc sessions during times of heightened difficulty, and I strive to respond to their needs where possible. However, therapy is not a crisis service, and I cannot guarantee availability outside of regular sessions. In such situations, I encourage clients to seek additional support through appropriate crisis services.
