About Amanda
I am a qualified hypnotherapist, with many years of experience working with people through evidence-based psychological therapeutic approaches.
My clients have ranged widely, including people struggling to cope with the impact of trauma, wanting to change troubling patterns of addiction, relationships, emotions, thoughts and behaviours, and those wishing to discover and more authentically be their true selves.
Through hypnotherapy I combine hypnosis and talking therapy approaches to explore the causes of a client’s difficulties, deepen their understanding of themselves, and support deep-rooted change. I provide a safe, confidential and empathic space for clients to engage in this process, knowing they are free from judgement.
In my practice I follow the ethics, codes of conduct, and standard of practice as set out by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) & General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
I was trained through Jacquelyne Morison Hypnotherapy Training
